Interior Architect & Project Coordinator

Every piece is the result of precision, aesthetic sensibility and a deep love for the trade.

To support the continued growth of Collett & Victor, we are looking for an Interior Architect & Project Coordinator who understands high-end seating furniture, guides clients with professionalism and oversees projects from A to Z from our showroom in Kortrijk. You will visit our atelier in Izegem occasionally for alignment, product knowledge and project follow-up.

• You welcome clients and architects in the showroom and guide them through every stage of their project from first inspiration to final delivery.

• You translate client wishes into concrete proposals and initial plans, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

• You carry out on-site measurements to ensure accurate and well-considered project execution.

• You draw up quotations for bespoke projects and international clients based on plans and briefings.

• You coordinate projects internally, ensuring smooth communication between the client, atelier and production.

• You contribute to a premium showroom experience where calm, aesthetics and professionalism take centre stage.

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or architecture, or have equivalent experience.

• You have a sharp eye for style, materials and spatial proportions.

• You work confidently with SketchUp for plans and presentations.

• You feel at home in the high-end interior world and understand the expectations of discerning clients in terms of quality and service.

• You combine commercial insight with technical precision.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
